It was a regular Tuesday morning when the factory’s machinery, designed to process and cut paper into various sizes, suddenly malfunctioned. A key component jammed, causing the paper to be fed unevenly and shredded haphazardly. Instead of neat stacks of paper, the machinery began to spew out a chaotic mix of torn, crumpled, and twisted paper.....
